MOBBERLY MISSIONS

“As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace…in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.” -1 Peter 4:10-12

God is calling every believer to be involved in fulfilling the Great Commission wherever He places us. Every believer has been crafted by God with specific spiritual gifts, talents, skills, abilities and personalities allowing them to have a special function in the body of Christ unique to them.

“When each part is working properly, [it] makes the whole body grow so that it builds itself up in love.” -Ephesians 4:16

When the body is working as it should the Great Commission will be fulfilled.

OUR GLOBAL INITIATIVE

His return is close; Eternity is long; and Hell is hot. We must act now! It has been this urgency which has directed Mobberly's recent global initiative. At this year's SBC Pastors Conference and Annual Meeting, the two priorities from our denominational leadership and our two largest agencies revolve around two huge tasks: Church-planting and Engaging Unreached People Groups. Knowing that 80% of new converts came to Christ last year in churches that were less than 5 years old, church-planting is a must! And knowing that 3800 people groups have less than a 2% evangelical witness and realizing that 1.5 billion people are headed into a Christ-less eternity without hearing the name "Jesus" - then embracing the Unreached People Groups around our globe is a must!

Mission Trip Participant

Be a team member on one of our pre-planned group mission trips to our church planting regions.

Short-Term Missionary

College students, young singles and families can apply to serve alongside one of our church plants for a personalized time between two weeks and six months.
